At Skillshaa, we maintain a transparent and strict admission policy to ensure smooth academic operations.

❌ Cancellation Policy

Once the course fee is paid, cancellation of admission is not permitted under any circumstances.

❌ Refund Policy

All fees paid to Skillshaa are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes full payments, partial payments, advance fees, and EMI-based enrollments.

✅ Exceptional Cases

In extremely rare and exceptional situations (at the sole discretion of Skillshaa management), if a refund is approved:

• The refund will be processed only to the original mode of payment

• Processing may take 7–14 working days

• Administrative or processing charges may be deducted

Skillshaa reserves the right to take the final decision in all refund-related matters.
